At My Forever Smile, the health and safety of our patients and employees have been and will continue to be our primary concern, especially during the CoVID-19 pandemic.   We continue to use rigorous infection control practices in our office as is our standard, following the Centers for Disease Control and the America Dental Association guidelines.  Additionally, hand sanitizers are available in our waiting rooms and we encourage their use by patients and visitors.   We ask that if you are feeling ill to call us and please reschedule your appointment.

When arriving for your appointment, we suggest that you show up as close to your appointment time as possible and do not arrive unnecessarily early. We’ll do everything we can to get you into your appointment as quickly as we can. It’s important that we make every effort to minimize your wait time with other patients in the lobby.

For the health and safety of our patients and employees, if you are a patient that has traveled internationally in the last 14 days, we ask that you reschedule any appointments that you may have within two weeks of returning.
