A Letter to Our Valued Patients

Dear Patients,

Our office strives to provide professional and outstanding care to our patients. We seek to only employ individuals with the knowledge, experience, personality and skills necessary to provide the type of care that we expect. As you may already be aware, there has been a loss of workforce due to the pandemic that has affected the entire nation. Our industry is no exception to this and our offices are currently
experiencing understaffing like so many other businesses. Our office hours have already been reduced as a result. Unfortunately, we must once again reduce the hours that we are available to treat patients.

Within the next few weeks, our office will be transitioning to a new schedule. Our office will see patients by appointment on Mondays from 9am-6pm. The office will be closed to patients Tuesday-Thursday but the phones will be staffed to take patient calls. The office will also see patients by appointment from 8am-
12pm on Fridays but with limited procedures available to be performed on those days. As always, our office remains closed on the weekend.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this new schedule may cause you. Please know that although our availability has changed, we are still dedicated to giving you a beautiful smile.
