Our office knows that everyone has different financial situations. For this reason, we have multiple options available to finance your My Forever Smile® treatment.

Many insurance companies offer coverage to help with the cost of orthodontics. Our office will determine what kind of coverage is available, if any, and estimate how much insurance might cover toward each patient’s treatment.

Once we determine what insurance will cover, we offer three options for paying your out-of-pocket expenses:

• Our in-office payment plan is interest-free and may require as low as a $400 down payment. The remainder of the treatment cost is spread in equal amounts over the length of treatment. In some cases, if out-of-pocket cost is minimal, the down payment can be reduced or even waived.

• For patients wishing to pay in full at the start of treatment we offer a $100 discount. We also offer a $50 discount for same day starts. ($150 if you choose to do both)

• Another payment option is through an outside financing company, Care Credit®. Patients can apply for Care Credit® online, by phone or in office with the help of a staff member. If approved for Care Credit®, there are options available to finance interest-free up to 24 months.
